1. Text messaging program

Program description. This messaging program sends customers who have submitted a request through our website or forms, and have explicitly opted in, operational updates, scheduling confirmations, arrival notifications, job reminders, project estimates, digital invoices, and occasional promotional or service updates.

Cancellation instructions. You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to the same number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via a final SMS. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did initially.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

2. Estimates & pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge. Every project is priced individually; each item of work is priced on the estimate and invoice, which you approve before work begins. Materials and shopping time are additional unless stated otherwise.

3. Workmanship warranty

Adam's own workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty unless specifically stated otherwise. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is performed by licensed trade partners and warrantied directly by them, not by Happy It's Fixed!. The warranty excludes damage from natural causes, settling, faulty materials, and items covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

4. Licensing

Happy It's Fixed! holds Illinois General Contractor license #TGC135254 and carries insurance. Permits are obtained and licensed subcontractors are engaged where a project requires it.

5. Site content

This Site and the materials on it, including photos of our completed work, are the property of Happy It's Fixed! and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or distribute material from the Site without our permission.

6. Disclaimers
