  • We offer free estimates via phone or email as well as on-site estimates in order to assist you in budgeting your fix. If you’d like schedule an estimate, fill out a New Request Form

  • Our trip fee is $125 and includes the trip (within 10 miles) and up to 30 minutes onsite.

  • If you are ready to get it fixed, fill out New Request Form and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

  • We use Flat Rate pricing. Every item of work has a cost and you will receive a detailed estimate and invoice. Sometimes your project may fall under our base 1/2 day or full day rates. More complex tasks are quoted per item or per job. We do not use an hourly rate. By utilizing Flat Rate pricing, we protect you from excessive costs.

    Flat rate pricing helps us ensure that all variables of the job are covered. For the purpose of reducing risk for everybody involved it’s best to have an upfront price quoted by a licensed professional.

  • All workmanship is covered by a 1 year warranty unless specifically stated otherwise. This does not include acts of god, natural settling, faulty materials, or fixtures + equipment covered under manufacturers warranties.

  • Materials are always additional to our pricing unless stated otherwise. We handle all purchasing billed at our "procurement" rate. For efficiency purposes we do not utilize client supplied materials but exceptions can be made.

  • Yes! Insurance is a major expense of running a business and arguably the most important. When working with us, you are protected from accidental damage to your property and/or accidental injury to yourself or others. We strive to operate a safe and secure working environment.

  • Happy It’s Fixed is a licensed General Contractor. We can apply for the necessary permits when required and hire trusted sub-contractor partners when needed. However, the majority of handyman jobs do not require a permit or sub-contractors.
